Ivey Planning Group, LLC, was retained by Hayward Brown to prepare and process a comprehensive plan amendment for a new hospital to be located along I-95 in Daytona in Daytona Beach. The master plan includes a hospital, medical offices, a guest house, and a recreation/fitness facility. The plan amendment received unanimous approval by the City Commission in 2005.

Under continuing services contract through Volusia County, IPG acts as the land planner and project manager for planning and design services for the Daytona Beach International Airport. IPG’s tasks included project management for a DRI amendment, master planning, a plan amendment and rezoning to MPUD for the development of a 95-acre light industrial park comprising 298,000 s.f. of office and 310,000 s.f. of light industrial.
