In 1986 Joel Ivey served as the lead consultant for the Osceola Corporate Center DRI, which includes 1,300 acres surrounding the Tupperware World Headquarters. The services for this project included master planning, zoning amendments, as well as the preparation and submittal of the DRI application. Subsequent to the DRI approval of over four million square feet of commercial uses, Joel and IPG staff continue to provide Deerfield Land Company, Inc. with a variety of planning services including PD amendments, NOPC’s, annual reports, and monitoring and modeling studies. |

North Point Park of Commerce is a mixed-use, 157-acre project in Lake Mary, Florida, at the intersection of I-4 and Lake Mary Boulevard. Shell Oil Company developed North Point to attract high quality office, industrial, hotel and commercial users. Key elements of the project include three manmade lakes, extensive landscaping and award-winning entryways. The project was the first in the area to reclaim approximately 60,000 gallons per day of spray effluent for roadway medians and common areas from Seminole County’s Greenwood Lakes WWTP.
IPG staff provided DRI approvals and master planning services. |
